Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
• A deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required upon acceptance of this quotation.
• The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the first show.
• All payments should be made in GBP.
2. Validity:
• This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
3. Changes and Revisions:
• Any changes or revisions beyond the scope outlined in this quotation may incur additional charges.
• Significant alterations requested by the client will be treated as a new or further quote to this price.
4. Cancellation:
• If the project is cancelled by the client after acceptance, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
5. Intellectual Property:
• LastLight Design Ltd retains all intellectual property rights to the designs and materials created until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
6. Liability:
• LastLight Design Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
7. Confidentiality:
• Both parties agree to keep all exchanged information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
8. Use of Work:
• We reserve the right to photograph and record this design work for portfolio and social media use.
9. Delivery:
• Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to meet deadlines but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
10. Force Majeure:
• LastLight Design Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
